- Reservations if cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date will be 100% refundable.
- Reservations if cancelled between 30 days and 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 10% of booking fee.
- Cancellation of an FIT reservation received within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of booking fee.
