    Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

    Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, Shakti India Tours representative will receive you with a warm welcome and transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Later, embark on a guide sightseeing tour in Delhi, covering the attractions of Old Delhi and New Delhi as well. The city tour in Delhi will cover the attractions like Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, President House, Parliament House, and Qutub Minar. Red Fort, Qutub Minar, and Humayun’s Tomb are three UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Delhi. After the sightseeing tour in Delhi, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

    Day 02: Delhi – Jodhpur

    Check out from the hotel in Delhi after having your breakfast. Drive to the Delhi Airport and take a flight to Jodhpur, the second-largest city in Rajasthan. On arrival at Jodhpur Airport, our representative will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour in Jodhpur, the Blue City. Visit the impressive Mehrangarh Fort and see the wonderful view of the blue houses of the city below from the rampart of the Mehrangarh Fort. Later, visit the beautiful Umaid Bhawan Palace— one of the largest private residences in the world, with a part of it serving as a museum. Furthermore, visit the Jaswant Thada Royal Cenotaphs, and Raj Bagh, a heritage hotel. Thereafter, visit the Umed Garden – one of the largest gardens in Rajasthan visited by both adults and kids, and the Government Museum—a museum with a variety of exhibits. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 03: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer

    Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and drive towards Jaisalmer, the Golden City. On arrival in Jaisalmer, you will get the assisted transfer to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Later, exploring the majestic Jaisalmer Fort, also called the Golden Fort or Sonar Kila. The Jaisalmer Fort is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, head towards the royal cenotaphs at the Bada Bagh. The distinctive golden structures look mesmerizing even from at a distance.

    Later, you will be transferred to the venue of the Jaisalmer Desert Festival. Spend the rest of the day enjoying and participating in various competitions. The annual event consists of various competitions—Mr. and Miss Desert, Turban tying competition, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

    Day 04: Jaisalmer Desert Festival

    Wake up in the early morning. Attend the Mangal Aarti at the Gadsisar Lake – a picturesque artificial lake. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, move towards the Desert Festival venue, where you will be partaking in amusing games like the Tug of War between the Indians and the foreigners. Test your balancing skills by participating in the Matka race competition. Participate in activities like camel decoration. Camel polo is another major highlight of the desert festival in Jaisalmer. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 05: Jaisalmer Sightseeing

    Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. Later, enjoy a sightseeing tour in Jaisalmer. Visit the famous Jain Temples— adorned with intricate designs, the temples got their name from the famous Dilwara Jain Temples in Mount Abu. Later, visit the Bada Bagh and Folklore Museum. Then, visit the Salim Ji Ki Haveli–one of the most popular havelis in Jaisalmer. In the late afternoon, move towards Sam Sand Dune. Enjoy camel safari rides in the desert and see the wonderful view of the sunset over the rippling sand dunes. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 06: Jaisalmer – Delhi – Departure

    Check out from the hotel in Jaisalmer after having your breakfast. Later, a representative from Shakti India Tours will transfer you to the airport to board the flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, take a flight back to your home destination. The tour ends.
