Day 1: Chennai - Jaipur

Catch an early morning flight from Chennai to Jaipur. A representative from Shakti India Tours will receive you at the Jaipur airport with a warm welcome. They will take you to the pre-booked hotel and assist you with the check-in procedure. Freshen up, and relax in the hotel until late afternoon.

In the evening, proceed to Chokhi Dhani, a place with Rajasthani village ambiance. Enjoy activities such as camel rides, puppet shows, Kalbeliya dance, Ghumar dance, and music shows along with the delectable delicacies of Rajasthan. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing

After a delicious breakfast in the hotel, leave for Amber Fort, also known as Amer Fort, a majestic historical monument in Jaipur. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site with stunning courtyards and Sheesh Mahal, a dazzling hall adorned with mirrors that reflect beauty. Enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding hills from the Amber Fort. You can take an elephant ride or a jeep ride to the Amber Fort. Next visit Jal Mahal, a stunning architectural marvel located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake.

In the afternoon, visit the City Palace, the former residence and administrative headquarters of the rulers of Jaipur. Explore the courtyards, gardens, buildings, museums, and bazaars inside the palace. Your next destination in Jaipur is the Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observation site built in the 18th century. After that, visit Hawa Mahal, also known as the “Palace of Winds”. It is an extension of the Royal City Palace. The honeycomb-shaped and beautifully carved windows allow Rajput ladies of ancient times to enjoy everyday street scenes and processions without being seen by the public.

In the evening, our tour representatives will take you to the Johari Bazaar for shopping. The market is lined with innumerable shops that deal with exclusive jewelry and handicrafts. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Jaipur - Jodhpur

Have early morning breakfast at the Hotel, check out, and leave for Jodhpur. Upon arrival, meet our tour representative and check in at the hotel. Refresh and relax in the hotel for a few hours.

In the evening, proceed to the Clock Tower, built by Maharaja Sardar Singh. Explore the Sardar Market adjacent to the Clock Tower for local shopping, spices, and handicrafts. After this, visit the “Mandore Gardens”, a house of cenotaphs of various rulers of Jodhpur. Enjoy the charming memorials and temples in the Mandore Garden. Return to the Hotel, have your dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 4: Jodhpur Sightseeing

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the Majestic Mehrangarh Fort, one of India’s largest Forts. It offers a panoramic view of the city from the top. Explore the finest palaces and museums inside the fort. Later proceed to Jaswant Thada, a beautiful white marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II.

In the afternoon, visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace, a luxurious palace, the residence of the former royal family. Explore Mandore Gardens, a historical garden of cenotaphs and museums.

In the evening, enjoy a sunset view in the Mehrangarh Fort. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 5: Jodhpur - Udaipur

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Udaipur. Upon arrival in Udaipur, our tour representatives will receive you and take you to the hotel. Check in and relax until late afternoon.

In the evening, visit Lake Pichola, an artificial lake surrounded by temples, hills, and palaces. Enjoy a boat ride at the lake and have a closer look at the Lake Palace. Visit Jag Mandir, an island palace at Lake Pichola known for its beautiful architecture and gardens. Enjoy the serene sunset at Lake Pichola. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Udaipur Sightseeing

Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the City Palace, a magnificent complex of palaces showcasing a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. After that, visit Jagdish Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, known for its intricate carvings and architecture.

In the afternoon, visit Saheliyon ki Bari, a beautiful historic garden with lotus pools, marble elephants, and fountains. Later proceed to Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum to enjoy Rajasthani Folk and Culture.

In the evening, enjoy the sunset view at the Ambrai Ghat located in the eastern ghat of Lake Pichola. You can also enjoy the delicious local street food from the nearby vendors. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Udaipur - Pushkar

Have your morning breakfast in the hotel, check out, and depart for Pushkar, a spiritual city in Rajasthan. On arrival at Pushkar, our representatives will transfer you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel, freshen up, and relax.

In the afternoon, visit the Brahma Temple, the only temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in India. Take a leisurely walk along the Pushkar Lake and explore the areas near Brahma Temple.

In the evening, stroll through Pushkar Bazaar for local handicrafts, jewelry, and textiles. You can also enjoy local delicacies from the street vendors. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 8: Pushkar - Jaisalmer

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and leave for Jaisalmer, the Golden City of India. Meet our tour representative on arrival. They will drive you to the hotel and help you with the check-in procedure. Relax in the hotel in the afternoon.

In the evening, visit Sam Sand Dunes, a stunning desert destination for a Camel Safari, and enjoy the amazing desert sunset. Return to the hotel. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight.

Day 9: Jaisalmer Sightseeing

After your morning breakfast, visit the Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Quila. It is a UNESCO World Heritage and one of the iconic landmarks of Rajasthan. It is also one of the few “living forts” in the world still inhabited.  Later, explore Patwon ki Haveli, a beautiful collection of five havelis with intricate architecture and carvings.

In the afternoon, visit Salim Singh ki Haveli, a remarkable architectural gem known for its unique design and historical significance. After that, explore Gadsisar Lake, a peaceful man-made reservoir. It was the primary source of water in Jaisalmer until the 20th century.

In the evening, visit Vyas Chhatri, a cenotaph dedicated to Sage Veda Vyas. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the desert. Return to the hotel for the dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Jaisalmer - Chennai

Have your morning breakfast at the hotel. You can relax or explore the local market nearby. Based on your flight schedule, head to Jaisalmer or Jodhpur airport for your return flight to Chennai.

Fly back to Chennai along with the beautiful memories of Rajasthan.
