Day 01: Delhi Arrival

On your arrival at the New Delhi International Airport, get welcomed and transferred to the hotel by a representative from Shakti India Tours.  Check in, freshen up, and take some rest. Use the rest of the day exploring the area in and around the hotel. Or, walk down the streets and explore the vivid colors of the capital city. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, embark on a guide city tour in Delhi, covering the prominent attractions of Old Delhi and New Delhi as well. Major attractions in Old Delhi are Red Fort—built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, Jama Masjid—India’s largest mosque, Chandni Chowk Market, and Raj Ghat—the final resting place of Rashtrapita Mahatma Gandhi. After exploring Old Delhi's attractions and charm, you will proceed to explore the attractions of New Delhi. Drive past India Gate which is a war memorial monument built in the memories of soldiers who laid down their lives in the 1st World War. Continue your drive by visiting Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House, and other government buildings. Later, visit the Humayun’s Tomb which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, visit the Qutub Complex to see old monuments and the Qutub Minar. The Qutub Complex is another UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi. Later in the evening, visit the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the Sikh Temple. On-time return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Then, drive to Jaipur, the largest and capital city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Lovingly known as the Pink City of India, Jaipur is one of the most important tourist destinations in the country. On arrival in the Pink City, you will get the assisted transfer to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur Sightseeing Tour

After an early breakfast, proceed to the Amer Fort located on the outskirts of the city. Enjoy an elephant ride to ascend the fort complex. Return to the main city en-route visiting the Jal Mahal. Subsequently, explore the other attractions of the city. The main attractions that you will see are City Palace Complex, Govind Devji Temple, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar Royal Observatory (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and Albert Hall Museum. In the evening, visit the Chokhi Dhani—a theme village that offers a complete rustic experience to the tourists. Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the village resort of Chokhi Dhani. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 05: Jaipur – Agra

In the early morning, check out and proceed towards Agra by road. On the way, halt to explore the Ghost City ‘Fatehpur Sikri’, which also was made as to the other capital city of the Mughal Dynasty but was soon deserted. Along with this, also visit attractions such as Jama Masjid, Palace of Jodha Bai, Panch Mahal, Birbal Bhawan, and Buland Darwaza. On your arrival, check in, freshen up and take some rest at the prebooked hotel.

Thereafter, get ready to visit Agra Red Fort. The use of red sandstone, beautiful carving, and paintings provide a unique charm to the fort. Thereafter, proceed to visit the ‘symbol of love’, the Taj Mahal. This beautiful structure was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal, being one of the Seven Wonders of the World, is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. On-time return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 06: Agra - Jhansi (By Train) - Orchha - Khajuraho (By Road)

In the early morning, get assisted and transferred to the railway station to board the train for Jhansi. On your arrival, get welcomed and drive to Khajuraho.

On day way halt at Orchha. Visit beautiful temples that excellently restore the old-world charm. Chhatris are also a must-visit. Thereafter, proceed with the journey to reach the Khajuraho.

On your arrival in Khajuraho, check-in, freshen up and have some rest at your hotel. In the evening, get ready to visit the beautiful temple complex of Khajuraho to enjoy the light and sound show. Later return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Khajuraho – Bandhavgarh

In the morning, after breakfast, get ready for the excursion to the Khajuraho Temples. The world-famous erotic sculptures could be seen throughout the complex. These temples were built between 95 and 1050 AD by the Chandela Kings. These temples are one of the finest architectural marvels of India. In the afternoon, check out and get transferred to Bandhavgarh. On your arrival in Bandhavgarh, check in, freshen up, and have some rest at your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Or, enjoy gradual walks in the close vicinity of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 08: Bandhavgarh National Park

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Subsequently, embark on a very exciting jeep safari in the jungle of the Bandhavgarh National Park & Tiger Reserve. The park has rich flora and fauna. Here you will have a wonderful opportunity to explore the various wildlife attractions including tigers. Later, proceed to visit the Bandhavgarh Fort. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 09: Bandhavgarh – Kanha

The morning is free to be spent at leisure. You may take gradual walks in close vicinity of the hotel or take a rest. In the afternoon, post-lunch, check out and drive to Kanha National Park, which takes about 5 hours and 30 minutes to reach. On your arrival, check-in and get comfortable. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Kanha National Park

In the early morning, enjoy a jeep safari to the Kanha National Park and Tiger Reserve. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Freshen up and relax. After lunch, proceed for another safari in the tiger reserve. Spot the beautiful views of the reserve along with the rich flora and fauna. On-time return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Kanha - Nagpur – Delhi

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be dropped off at Nagpur Airport. Board flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, our representative will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 12: Delhi – Departure

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, a representative from Shakti India Tours will drop you at the Delhi Airport. Board the flight back to your home destination with the sweet memories of Khajuraho and Tiger Tour in Central India. Tour ends.
