    Day 01: Arrival in Delhi, Tour of Some places in Delhi

    Upon arrival in Delhi, Shakti India Tours representative will receive with a warm welcome and transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Have some rest. Later proceed for half-day sightseeing in Delhi covering Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat, Chandni Chowk, India Gate, and Government Buildings. On time return to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight.

    Day 02: Delhi - Jodhpur (by flight) + Sightseeing Tour of Jodhpur

    Take your breakfast at the hotel. Then fly to Jodhpur, the second largest city of Rajasthan after Jaipur. Famously known as the Blue City of India, Jodhpur is a prominent tourist destination in the state of Rajasthan, featuring historical forts, palatial palaces, and terrific temples, set in the stark landscape of the Great Indian Desert – Thar Desert. It is also known as the Sun City as it boats sunny weather throughout the year.

    On arrival in Jodhpur, you would be assisted and transferred to your pre-booked hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for the Jodhpur sightseeing tour. Visit the mammoth Mehrangarh Fort which is a historical fort built around 1459 by Rao Jodha. Enclose by the thick walls, the fort is situated above the city. Inside the boundaries of the fort there are several brilliantly crafted and decorated palaces known for intricate carvings and beautiful courtyards. Moti Mahal (Pearl Palace), Sheesha Mahal (Mirror Palace), Phool Mahal (Flower Palace), and Museum are key attractions inside the Mehrangarh Fort complex. The Mehrangarh Fort Museum features a collection of palanquins, howdahs, royal cradles, miniatures, musical instruments, costumes, and furniture.

    Later visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace – one of the world’s largest private residences. It is an elegant palace known for its architectural excellence and elaborated carvings. Basically, the palace is divided into three functional parts – the Residence of the Royal Family, a luxury hotel (managed by Taj Hotels) and a Museum called Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum. You may also visit the Jaswant Thada Cenotaph and the Ghanta Ghar (Clock Tower). On time return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 03: Jodhpur - Jaisalmer (280 kms/4 hrs. approx.)

    Post breakfast drive to Jaisalmer, you may go to explore the streets of Jodhpur city or just relax at the hotel. Later drive to Jaisalmer (the Golden City of India) located in the heart of the Thar Desert. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, check in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

    Day 04: Sightseeing Tour of Jaisalmer

    Jaisalmer is one of the main attractions and destinations of Rajasthan. It is a historical city located in the heart of the Thar Desert. It is best known for the Golden Fort (also called Sonar Kila or Jaisalmer Fort). The city is lovingly known as the Golden City of India because of its yellow sandstone architecture.

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a sightseeing tour in the Golden City. Jaisalmer sightseeing tour will provide you a golden opportunity to explore several lavishly decorated havelis and palaces, along with the magnificent Golden Fort. Visit the Golden Fort that is the main attraction of the city. It is the second largest fort in the state of Rajasthan. It is regarded as the only living fort in the world. Around one-fourth of the old city’s population still resides within the fort complex. Originally, the fort was the city of Jaisalmer. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage, the fort complex incorporates 99 bastions. There are 7 Jain temples inside the fort. Raj Mahal Palace, Laxminath Temple, and Merchant Havelis are key attractions inside the fort complex. Havelis are best known for their ornate sandstone carvings. Also, visit Patwon-Ki-Haveli and Salim-Singh-Ki-Haveli.

    In the evening visit the Sam Sand Dunes to enjoy a camel safari, You will also see the spectacular view of sunset in the Thar Desert. Enjoy folk dances and musical performances in the desert followed by dinner. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jaisalmer.

    Day 05: Jaisalmer - Bikaner (330 kms /5.30 hrs. approx.), en-route visit Kheechan

    Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Bikaner. Enroute stop at Kheechan Village to watch migrant and local Birds. On arrival check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Later proceed for visit of Camel Breeding Farm in Bikaner. On time return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 06: Bikaner - Pushkar Sightseeing (250 kms /4 hrs. approx.)

    Post breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour in Bikaner, Visit the historical Junagarh Fort studded with temples, grand palaces, huge pavilions and walls. Also, visit the Fort Museum. Later visit the historical Lalgarh Palace that at present houses Shri Sadul Museum, Lalgarh Palace Hotel and Laxmi Niwas Palace Hotel. If time permits you may also visit nearby famous Karni Mata Temple (famous for millions of rats in Temple), later drive to Pushkar. On reaching, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. Have dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 07: Pushkar - Jaipur (150 kmss /3 hrs. approx.)

    Take your breakfast Later proceed for Pushkar sightseeing tour covering Pushkar Lake, holy ghats and several Hindu temples. The Lord Brahma Temple (the only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma) is the main attraction of the city. Pushkar is a holy town in Rajasthan and is also famous for the annual Pushkar Fair, also called Pushkar Camel or Cattle Fair. On time return to the hotel for and then check out from the hotel in Pushkar. Thereafter, drive to Jaipur, the capital and largest city of Rajasthan. Jaipur is lovingly called the Pink City of India.     Day 08: Sightseeing Tour of Jaipur

    Post an early morning breakfast at the hotel, take an excursion to the Amer area to see the historical forts Amer Fort & Palace, Amer Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy an elephant ride to ascend the fort complex situated atop a hill. Explore the spectacular structures and architecture of the fort complex. Return to Jaipur city en-route visiting the Jal Mahal (Water Palace), Later visit the City Palace Complex that houses Shri Govind Devji Temple, Mubarak Palace, City Palace Museum, Chandra Mahal, courtyards, and gardens. Later visit the Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds) which is known for its unique 5 storey architecture with 953 small windows called Jharokhas decorated with intricate latticework. This palace was built with the purpose to allow royal ladies of Rajasthan to see the daily activities below on the road without being seen apart from the outside.
