Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Bangalore – Delhi
Take a morning flight from Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore to reach New Delhi. Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, a representative from Shakti India Tours will greet you and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. The representative will also help you with a smooth check-in at the hotel. Freshen up and enjoy a leisurely afternoon to rest after your journey.
In the option, you can explore Connaught Place, a popular shopping and dining hub in the national capital. Or you can take a short walk through India Gate and Rajpath to soak in the evening vibe of the city. Have your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on a full-day city tour of Delhi, a perfect mix of age-old charm and modernity.
In the first half of the day, explore Old Delhi attractions. Visit the Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Then, visit the Red Fort which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and famous for imposing Mughal architecture. Enjoy a rickshaw ride through this bustling market, famous for street food and shopping. Also, visit Raj Ghat, the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation.
After some rest, embark on the second half of the day, embark on a New Delhi city tour. First visit the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the tallest brick minaret in the world. There is an Iron Pillar within the Qutub Compel. The pillar is a 7.21-meter-tall metallurgical wonder.
After spending some time at Qutub Minar and exploring its attractions, proceed to visit Humayun’s Tomb which is another UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi. The tomb is a fine example of Mughal architecture and a precursor to the Taj Mahal. After exploring Humayu’s Tomb, visit the India Gate, located astride the Rajpath, this is a war memorial dedicated to 70,000 soldiers of the Indian Army who lost their lives in the First World War.
Drive past these iconic structures of Rashtrapati Bhavan & Parliament House representing India’s government and history. If time permits, explore Delhi’s vibrant street markets like Dilli Haat for local crafts and cuisines. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi – Agra (Approx. 4-Hours Drive)
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel in Delhi and proceed to Agra by road. On arrival in Agra, our representative will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. After a short rest, commence your exploration of the Mughal City, Agra. You will visit the following monuments and attractions. Visit the majestic Agra Fort which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This spectacular fort was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar and was the main residence of Mughal emperors for centuries. Jahangir's Hauz, Jahangiri Mahal, Khas Mahal, Shahjahani Mahal, Ghaznin Gate, Muthamman Burj, Shish Mahal, Diwan-I-Khas, and Diwan-I-Aam are the key attractions within the Agra Fort Complex. After exploring the grandeur of the Agra Fort, proceed to visit the Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj), a jewel-box-like tomb built with intricate inlay work, often seen as a precursor to the Taj Mahal. This beautiful monument was built by Mughal Empress Nur Jahan, the wife of Jahangir, in memory of her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg.
In the evening, visit the iconic Taj Mahal at sunset for an unforgettable view. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, this white-marble mausoleum monument was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his most darling wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Return to the hotel on time. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Agra.
Day 04: Agra – Jaipur (Approx. 5-Hours Drive)
Have a very hearty breakfast and then check out from your hotel in Agra. Drive to Jaipur, the largest and capital city of Rajasthan.
En route visit Fatehpur Sikri, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the historical monuments of this abandoned Mughal City. This city was founded by Mughal Emperor Akbar as the capital of the Mughal Empire. But soon the city was abandoned because of the scarcity of drinking water. Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Salmi Chisti Tomb, Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas, Ibadat Khana, Anup Talao, Jodha Bai Palace, Birbal House, and Panch Mahal are the main attractions at Fatehpur Sikri.
Upon arrival in Jaipur by afternoon, our representative will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. After some rest, take an optional stroll through the local bazaars, renowned for textiles, handicrafts, and precious stones.
In the evening visit the famous Birla Mandir, a modern temple built of white marble, beautifully illuminated at night. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on a very exciting full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur, the Pink City of India. Start your journey by visiting Amer Fort, a part of one of the Hill Forts of Rajasthan, declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy an elephant ride (or jeep ride) to this magnificent fort, located on a hilltop. Explore its lavish palaces, courtyards, and the famous Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors).
En route to the main city from Amber Fort, visit the Jal Mahal (Water Palace) located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Marvel at the architectural brilliance of the Rajput style on a grand scale. Then, visit the iconic Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds), situated on the edge of the palatial City Palace. Admire this five-story structure with 953 small windows, built for royal women to observe the streets without being seen.
Your Jaipur sightseeing tour is not complete if you do not visit the City Palace, a royal residence and former administrative headquarters of the rulers of the Jaipur State in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Explore its museums showcasing artifacts of the Maharajas and beautiful courtyards. Also, visit the beautiful Gobind Dev Ji Temple, dedicated to the Hindu Lord Krishna, within the City Palace Complex. Thereafter, visit the very famous Jantar Mantar Royal Observatory which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Jaipur. The monument showcases ancient Indian architecture and science. In the afternoon, explore the local bazaars of Jaipur which are famous for their vibrant fabrics, handicrafts, and jewelry.
In the evening you have an option for a traditional Rajasthani dinner at Chokhi Dhani, a cultural village resort. If not, your dinner will be held at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay.
Day 06: Jaipur – Delhi – Bangalore
Have a delicious breakfast served at the hotel. Post-breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, you can have some time for the last-minute shopping and sightseeing in Delhi, depending on your flight schedule.
